SERIES A Deliver Your Deck
A coaching program for founders who have already raised and are preparing for a different kind of investor conversation: sharper scrutiny, more complex questions, and a higher expectation for clarity, confidence, and leadership.
You raised your seed round. Now the investor conversation changes.
Series A investors are not just evaluating the vision anymore. They are evaluating the business behind it: your growth, your metrics, your decisions, and your ability to lead through the next stage of scale.
The questions get harder because the expectations are higher.
You can explain your traction, but can you confidently defend why retention changed?
You know your numbers, but can you tell the story behind the metrics when an investor challenges your assumptions?
You understand your strategy, but can you communicate why your company is positioned to win?
At Series A, investors are listening for more than a compelling story. They are looking for executive-level thinking, confidence under pressure, and a founder who can clearly communicate the path from early success to scalable growth.
For global founders, there is another layer. Pitching in English at the seed stage is one challenge. Pitching with greater complexity, more scrutiny, and higher expectations is another. The language, phrasing, and communication habits that worked before may not be enough for the conversations you are having now.
This is not a knowledge problem. It is a communication and delivery challenge, and it can be strengthened.
Over 14 weeks, we work through your pitch, metrics story, investor questions, and executive presence to build the communication skills needed for Series A conversations. You will learn how to explain complexity clearly, handle challenging questions with confidence, and communicate like the leader investors expect at this stage.
This is a private, application-only program. I work with a maximum of three founders per quarter so the coaching can be tailored to your company, your fundraising goals, and the specific communication gaps that matter most.
Who This is For
Deliver Your Deck Series A is for founders preparing for North American investor conversations who want to pressure-test their message, sharpen their delivery, and build confidence before stepping into the room.
You are a good fit if you:
Have raised a seed round and are raising Series A, typically with meaningful ARR and growth signals institutional investors expect to see.
Have been in Series A meetings and left knowing the scrutiny was different this time, sharper follow-ups, harder pushback on metrics, less patience for a vague answer.
Are a non-native English speaking founder who's already proven you can raise in English and now needs to sound like someone operating at the next level, not just repeating what worked at seed.
Are a technical founder who can defend the product but struggles to defend the business model and growth story with the same confidence.
Want direct, specific feedback on what's actually costing you credibility in the room, not general pitch advice.
Are willing to practice, iterate, and apply feedback between sessions.
Who This is Not For
This is not the right fit if you:
Are preparing for your first raise: Start with Deliver Your Deck Seed, which is designed for founders building their first investor pitch and fundraising story.
Need a last-minute pitch review before an investor meeting next week: This program is designed for founders who want to build lasting communication skills, not just make quick changes to a single presentation.
Need help rebuilding your financial model, growth strategy, or business plan: I help you communicate your numbers, strategy, and vision with clarity and confidence. I do NOT provide financial modeling, fundraising strategy, or business consulting.
Are looking for investor introductions, VC connections, or fundraising services: My focus is helping you become a stronger communicator in the investor conversations you are already having.
Cannot commit to the process: Expect one weekly coaching session plus 2 to 3 hours of preparation and practice between sessions.
How It Works: The 5 Step Process
Step 1: Executive Communication Assessment & Strategy Session: Before we refine your pitch, I need to understand how you currently communicate your company, metrics, and growth story. You complete an onboarding assessment covering your fundraising goals, investor audience, communication strengths, and challenges. You record your current pitch delivery, and I review it alongside your deck to identify where your message loses clarity, where your delivery weakens your credibility, and where investors are likely to push deeper. For global founders, this is also where I identify the language patterns, phrasing choices, and communication habits that may create friction in high-stakes conversations.
Step 2: Strategic Pitch Coaching & Investor Story Refinement: Each week, we work through your pitch, your metrics story, and your investor narrative with the level of detail Series A requires. Together, we refine how you explain growth, traction, market opportunity, business decisions, and future plans. We focus on what investors are actually trying to understand, where they may challenge your assumptions, and how to communicate your answers with confidence. Every session is built around your company, your fundraising goals, and the specific moments where you need to sound like the leader investors expect at this stage.
Step 3: High-Pressure Investor Simulation: You will experience a realistic investor conversation before the real ones begin. Using your actual deck, I step into the role of a skeptical investor and challenge your assumptions, metrics, and decisions. No scripted questions. No coaching during the conversation. This is where you discover how you respond under pressure, where your answers need more clarity, and what needs strengthening before you enter your Series A meetings.
Step 4: Final Delivery & Presence Review: After your investor simulation, you complete a final pitch recording for detailed review. I provide feedback on your verbal communication, executive presence, pacing, confidence, body language, and ability to communicate complex information clearly. You will see your pitch from the investor's perspective and make the final adjustments that strengthen your delivery.
Step 5: Final Investor Communication Audit: The program concludes with a complete review of your pitch materials and communication strategy. I evaluate your deck's story flow, messaging clarity, investor questions, and alignment between what is on the slides and what you communicate in the room.
By the end of the program, your deck, your delivery, and your investor narrative work together to support the same goal: communicating why your company is ready for the next stage of growth.
What Clients Say Before Working With Me
"I can explain the vision. I can't explain why retention dipped last quarter."
"I know my numbers cold on paper, and then someone pushes back live and I freeze."
"I raised a seed round fine. Now the questions are completely different and I'm not ready for them."
"I sound like I'm still explaining potential instead of proving execution."
"Investors keep asking follow-ups I didn't prepare for, and I can tell they notice."
"I've been through this once already. I don't want to sound like a first-timer again."
The 14-Week Program
*This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Every coaching experience is customized around your company, fundraising goals, and the specific communication challenges you need to overcome.
If you already have a pitch deck and investor story, we don't start from scratch. We start by understanding what is working, what is unclear, and where your communication needs to rise to meet the expectations of Series A investors.
This program goes beyond refining your slides. We focus on how to communicate the bigger business story behind them: your growth, your metrics, your decisions, your market position, and your path to scale. We identify where investors are likely to challenge you, the questions you need to be ready for, and the moments where your delivery needs to build confidence.
Each week, we work through your pitch section by section, refining both the message and the delivery. The goal is not to memorize another presentation. It is to develop the confidence and clarity to lead an investor conversation, adapt in the moment, and communicate naturally when the questions get harder.
You should not be focused on remembering your next sentence. You should be focused on the room: understanding what investors are asking, responding with confidence, and guiding the conversation.
Mindset and pressure management are built into every session because at Series A, how you communicate under pressure matters as much as what you communicate.

We meet weekly at a consistent time so you build momentum throughout the program. I understand founder schedules change, so sessions can be adjusted when needed.

Weekly pitch and delivery review: Between sessions, I review your pitch materials and recordings where relevant, providing written feedback so you know exactly what to practice, refine, and improve before our next session.
Investor communication coaching throughout the program: Learn how to communicate with the language, structure, and confidence expected in North American investor conversations. We work on the phrases that build credibility, the language patterns that create uncertainty, and how to make your message feel natural rather than rehearsed.
North American investor communication and culture: Understand the expectations behind the conversation: what signals confidence, what creates doubt, how investors interpret your answers, and how to navigate the room when the conversation shifts.
Advanced coaching for global founders pitching in English: We identify the language, cultural, and communication patterns that create friction when pitching in a second language. Throughout the program, we address clarity, phrasing, pronunciation, and delivery habits so you can communicate more naturally and confidently in high-pressure conversations.
Mindset and pressure management woven throughout: Confidence is not just about knowing your material. We work on the mental side of high-stakes communication, helping you stay clear, composed, and confident when investors challenge your assumptions.
Full live investor pitch simulation: Experience a realistic investor conversation before the real ones begin. Using your actual deck, I play a skeptical investor and challenge your story, metrics, and assumptions. No coaching during the simulation. You discover where your communication holds up and where it needs strengthening.
Final video delivery audit with timestamped feedback: Receive a detailed review of your pitch delivery, including vocal dynamics, body language, eye contact, pacing, and executive presence. You see your pitch from the investor's perspective and receive clear adjustments to make before your raise. Also available as a standalone service for $497 USD.
Final pitch deck audit with written feedback: Your deck is reviewed for story flow, slide structure, messaging clarity, and investor perception. We ensure your slides and delivery reinforce the same message before you enter investor conversations. Also available as a standalone service for $697 USD.
WhatsApp access between sessions: Get feedback and clarification when you need it, so questions do not have to wait until the next coaching session.
Session recordings: Every session is recorded so you can revisit feedback, track your progress, and continue improving between sessions.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of 14 weeks you will:
Communicate your company's growth story with the clarity, confidence, and executive presence Series A investors expect.
Explain your metrics, traction, and business decisions in a way that shows not just what happened, but that you understand why it happened and what comes next.
Handle difficult investor questions about retention, growth, competition, market risks, and unit economics without becoming defensive, uncertain, or overly detailed.
Move beyond presenting slides and lead investor conversations naturally, whether you are walking through your deck, answering questions, or discussing your business without preparation.
Communicate the complexity of your business clearly, so investors can quickly understand the opportunity, the challenges, and why your team is positioned to win.
Present your fundraising story with confidence: why now, why this market, why this team, and why this round is the right next step.
Know how to read the room, recognize what investors are really asking, and adjust your communication in real time.
Sound like the leader you have become. Not a founder trying to prove you belong at the Series A table, but a founder who has built something valuable and can communicate where it is going next.
Walk away with a refined investor narrative, stronger pitch delivery, and the communication skills to represent your company in high-stakes conversations.
Walk away with a pitch deck and delivery approach that have been reviewed, refined, and pressure-tested before you enter real investor meetings.
Enter your Series A raise knowing you have prepared for the questions that matter. The skills you build in this program extend beyond fundraising into board meetings, strategic partnerships, customer conversations, hiring, and leading your growing team.

Raising Series A With Your Leadership Team?
Series A investors are not only evaluating the opportunity. They are evaluating whether your leadership team has the alignment and communication skills to scale the company.
As your business grows, the investor conversation becomes more complex. Different leaders bring different expertise to the room, but those perspectives need to connect into one clear story about where the company is today, why it is working, and what happens next.
The CEO needs to communicate the vision and market opportunity. The CTO or CPO needs to explain the product strategy and technical advantage. The COO needs to demonstrate operational readiness and the ability to scale. Each leader plays an important role, but investors need to see one aligned leadership team, not separate experts presenting different pieces of the business.
If multiple leaders are involved in your Series A conversations, coaching can include team alignment work alongside individual development. We identify where your messaging is inconsistent, where investors may need more clarity, and how each person can communicate their role with confidence while reinforcing the bigger company narrative.
For global leadership teams, communication adds another layer. Different language backgrounds and communication styles can impact how consistently your team explains the business, especially under pressure. We address those challenges directly so every leader can communicate with clarity and authority.
The goal is not to make every executive sound identical. The goal is to ensure every person strengthens the same investor story.
If you are preparing for a Series A raise with multiple founders or executives presenting, mention this during your application so the coaching approach can be tailored to your team's needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Same methodology, same depth of coaching. The difference is what's being tested. Seed investors are evaluating potential. Series A investors are evaluating execution, and they push harder on growth metrics, retention, and unit economics. This program spends more time on defending numbers under real pressure.
-
Most Series A founders come in with a deck already built from their last raise or their board updates. We refine and pressure-test it rather than starting from scratch, though the program adapts if yours still needs real work.
-
This program coaches how you communicate your numbers with confidence and credibility, not how to improve the numbers themselves. If your metrics are a genuine concern, that's a conversation to have honestly in your application so we can talk about whether now is the right time for communication coaching.
-
The pitch is where the gap shows up. What you build here carries into board meetings, investor updates, and every high-stakes conversation about the business that comes after this raise.
If you are preparing to raise Series A and want to walk into investor rooms knowing you can handle the questions, communicate the complexity of your business, and lead the conversation with confidence, apply to work with me.
